These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nova Bridge platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Business accounts must be opened by an authorized representative of a legally registered entity.
2. Account registration and KYC
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date. Nova Bridge is required to verify your identity (KYC) and, for business accounts, the identity of beneficial owners. We may request additional documentation at any time.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services for:
- Any activity that violates applicable law or regulation.
- Fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing, or sanctions evasion.
- Transactions involving prohibited goods or services.
- Interfering with or attempting to compromise the Services.
4. Fees
Outbound transfers are subject to a flat fee of 0.5% of the transfer amount, with a minimum of $1.00 USD. Additional fees may apply for expedited processing or third-party network costs. All fees are disclosed at the time of the transaction.
5. Transfers, holds and reversals
Nova Bridge may delay, hold, or reverse a transfer if it fails compliance screening, appears to be fraudulent, or violates these Terms. We are not liable for losses resulting from actions taken to comply with legal obligations.
6. No banking, no insurance
Nova Bridge is not a bank. Funds held in your Nova Bridge account are not deposits and are not insured by the FDIC or any other government agency.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova Bridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, including for suspected violations of these Terms or applicable law.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
